What To Expect...
Each class is comprised of interval training circuits that are designed to challenge and improve your athleticism and overall fitness. Our 45 minute sessions are varied in training time and volume, lending our workouts to give you better results than a program that always trains the same way. We use dumbbells and kettle bells, cardio equipment, body weight movements, TRX training, resistance bands, plyometric boxes and more for a session that is unique every time you show up to sweat.
